It has the original well aged Ansonia dial and brass bezel assembly with the deluxe brass inner circle design. Although the dial is worn and the brass bezel is tarnished, they are still very nice looking. This is an IRON cased clock, so is heavier than usual. Also, as on most iron clocks, the original black enamel finish is flaked or worn off and lightly rusted in some spots. This is considered normal wear for an iron clock and does not hurt its value or appearance. The case measures 9 1/2" wide x 10 1/2" high x 5 deep. This is a very nicely styled and attractive clock. It is a little smaller than the average iron mantle clock and would fit nicely in most settings. It has a soft and pleasant sounding gong. Also, it is complete with the key and pendulum. This helps insure that the new owner will have a satifying experience. Be very sure to save all packaging material if there is a problem. All sales are final, (with the exception noted below). It is nearly impossible to find one in "mint" condition. If a clock has damage from misuse, it will be noted. If a clock is running properly when it arrives... Thats about the best we can do. If it says "as is" it's probably gonna need work. I have been a member of the NAWCC since 1978. During the winter months we homeschool, and work together in our family business known as Winding Springs Antique Clock Farm. We try to describe everything exactly as it is and if we do something wrong, we will make it right. We do not use our computers on Sunday, the Lord's day, but will answer any emails Monday through Saturday and do whatever we can to resolve any problems.
