It counts each hour on a cathedral style gong and then announces each half hour with a single bell chime. The case is structurally sound.The finish has been cleaned up, but there are plenty of minor handle marks which give it good character. The wood-type half columns are original, but have been restained over the years, and the pediments that hold them in place have been repainted. The feet have also been repainted to match. The paper part of the dial has been replaced, but the rest of the dial/bezel assembly is original. The brass bezel is tarnished from age. This clock is complete with key and pendulum and is ready to place up on the mantle and enjoy. 17" wide x 11" high x 6 deep. This helps insure that the new owner will have a satifying experience.
Be very sure to save all packaging material if there is a problem. All sales are final, (with the exception noted below).It is nearly impossible to find one in "mint" condition. If a clock has damage from misuse, it will be noted. If a clock is running properly when it arrives... Thats about the best we can do.
