Victorian / Edwardian inlaid mantle clock. Condition: Movement is working and appears to keep time with only losing a few mins over a few days. The dial has some previous restoration visible and above the dial a small piece of wood has had to be glued back on. This item is for a lovely Late Victorian / Early Edwardian inlaid wooden mantle clock, the clock has been inlaid with various fruit woods and looks very attractive.
This clock is from my personal collection and underwent a full restoration in 2013 which included the dial being repaired'sadly was amazing at the time but now the restoration is visible', new escapement, new main spring and a general tidy up. The clock has recently had some new oil but will require a clean and a service again when it starts to lose time. SEE ALL MY ANTIQUES AND COLLECTABLES.
